The David Anderson Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If ever a product doesn't meet the standards of quality you expect from David Anderson, we will gladly replace it or refund your money - whichever you prefer. The David Anderson Guarantee applies to products purchased directly from rawelementscanada.ca. 

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with a product that you purchased directly from rawelementscanada.ca within the last 30 days, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.

To process your return or exchange, please email us at support@rawelementscanada.ca with the following information:

• Reason for return
• Order #
• Preference of refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be accompanied by an #RMA obtained from a customer service rep at David Anderson. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds or credits will be equivalent to the price at the time of purchase. Credit cards will be credited back to your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable unless we explicitly ask for the product to be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged Items or Misshipments

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and to make sure that the correct product was shipped. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, or if we made an error in the shipment, we would be happy to work with you to get the replacement product shipped right out. Please email us immediately at support@rawelementscanada.ca with your name, email address, order # and phone #.
